Slopes of Snow: There are five slopes with different levels of difficulty at Ski Dubai, including the first indoor black diamond run in the world. You can ski or snowboard on these slopes, no matter what your skill level is.

Park of Snow: The park of snow at Ski Dubai is a place where you can have fun with various snow-related activities and experiences. You can slide on snow tubes, sleds, giant snowballs, or climb on towers. You can also explore the interactive snow play area.

Lessons of Ski/Snowboarding: You can learn or improve your ski or snowboarding skills at Ski Dubai, where they offer professional lessons for all levels. There are certified instructors who can help you on the slopes.

Experiences of Winter: Ski Dubai has more than just skiing and snowboarding. It also has unique snow experiences that you can try. For example, you can ride the Snow Bullet, an indoor zipline that goes over the slopes, or have fun with the Giant Ball, where you roll down a slope in a huge inflatable ball.

For Snow premium, our operations will coordinate with you and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed latest 48 hours prior to the visit date.
The guest needs to carry our confirmation mail at the venue for Snow Premium. If you do not receive the same, please check with our team on the booking status before visiting.
Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.

• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours:  from 10 am to midnight)
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
• Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.

NOTE - Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.

Important Information

• Permission Required: A minimum of 1 day's prior permission is mandatory for Resident visa holders.
• Documentation: Everyone must carry their original passport and Emirates ID.
• Validity: Passports must have at least 6 months of validity, and Emirates IDs must have at least 3 days of validity.
• Alcohol Consumption: The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited
• Visa on Arrival Fee Changes:  The citizens of the Philippines, Nepal, Srilanka, Morocco, etc (UAE  RESIDENCE HOLDERS) and multiple-entry visa holders will be required to pay a fee of OMR 5 (approximately AED 50) at the border for Visa on Arrival
• Restricted Nationalities: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Cameroon, Somalia, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Namibia, Syria, Israel, and Afghanistan are not eligible to cross the border
• Exit fees of AED 31 UAE must be paid directly at the border using a card.
• The vehicle should be driven or accompanied by the owner of the car.
• The vehicle should be Oman-insured 
• A vehicle under loan/rent a car  is not allowed to cross the border

• Special Note

• You must carry your Passport and EID with you at the time of your tour, or else your entry at the border will be restricted.
• Transfers are only provided from fixed pickup locations 
  Dubai (Grand Hotel Qusais, Burjman spinneys) and Sharjah ( Saudi mosque), Ajman (Enoc petrol pump), Ras al Khaimah ( Sheikh Khalifa Hospital)
• Banana Boat Ride and deep sea fishing are subject to the current weather conditions.
