•  The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure.
• In accordance with the immigration rules of the destination, passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid passport both before and during the period of travel.
• We does not take any responsibility if the passenger is unable to travel due to issues related to their passport or visa.
• Restricted Nationalities: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Cameroon, Somalia, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Namibia, Syria, Israel, and Afghanistan are not eligible to cross the border.
• Standard check in time 14.00 and Standard Check out time 12.00.
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability
• Confirmation is subject to availability and full payment at the time of booking.
• Payment once done is non-refundable and non-transferrable to other guests.
• We reserves the right to cancel, modify the holiday package due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.

• Entry permit is subject to approval from the Oman government.
•  Dependent Visa Holders without Sponsors must apply Oman Visa.
• Visit Visa Holders and Visa Change is not permitted in Salalah Trip • You are advised to keep some snacks, juice & water for the children during the trip.
• Make sure the expensive items you have taken with you are safe. It is recommended to avoid carrying your valuable things such as your pieces of jewelry, or laptop, to prevent unpredictable situations.
• Hold your relevant Documents Original Emirates ID & Passport while traveling (Passport have at least 6 Months & Emirates ID should have at least 3 Months of validity from the date of departure from Salalah) Please ensure the safety of your documents while engaging deeply into the thrills of your journey.
